## Summary

Egenverk Claims is the AI service included in Egenverk Customer Hub through a monthly subscription. It gives an AI assessment and a draft reply for every complaint or withdrawal case, and a chat in the console. The service runs in the EU (Hetzner, Falkenstein, Germany) and stores only case id, time, model and token count — no content, no names.

## What it does, in plain words

- **Assessment.** Position, action, next step and risks for every case.
- **Draft replies.** Drafts you read, edit and send yourself. "Use as reply" fills in the box.
- **Chat in the console.** Ask about the case without leaving the console.
- **A case is counted once.** A complaint or a withdrawal case is counted once, no matter how many follow-up questions or new drafts you make.
- **The cap never blocks.** The cap warns at 80 % and never blocks.
- **Runs in the EU.** Hetzner, Falkenstein, Germany.

## One draft per case, you send

In the console, Customer Hub shows the case with an AI assessment and a draft reply from Egenverk Claims.

Drafts are never sent by themselves. The service runs in the EU and stores only case id, time, model and token count.

## Privacy and data

- **Stores:** Case id, time, model and token count. No content, no names, email or images.
- **Model:** OpenAI through the service. The service runs in Germany (EU).
- **Sends:** Never by itself: the draft is shown to you, and you send.
