## Summary

Mailroom is an upcoming WooCommerce plugin for targeted email: pick recipients from orders (date, status, total, country, order meta), write a template with variables, preview it and send in batches through Postmark. It pauses itself at a high bounce rate, and suppresses unsubscribes and spam complaints. Launch: Coming soon.

**Before:** Addresses are copied by hand or into a newsletter tool that does not know your orders.

**With Mailroom:** Segment, template and batched sending, with results per send.

## What it does, in plain words

- **Segments from orders.** Order date, status, total, country and order meta, with AND/OR.
- **Templates.** Variables, conditions and lists, version history.
- **Preview and test send.** See exactly what is sent.
- **Pauses itself.** Above 10 % bounces after 200 sent.
- **Suppression lists.** Bounces, spam complaints and unsubscribes from Postmark.
- **Permissions.** A shop manager prepares, only an admin sends.

Mailroom picks recipients from WooCommerce orders and sends through Postmark in batches.
