# Connections that hold when the other side does not answer.

We connect WooCommerce to the services around your store: shipment booking, email delivery, ad conversions, inbound email and Google's tools. With queues, retries and your own accounts.

Egenverk builds integrations between WooCommerce and the services around your store: booking and tracking with carriers, email through Postmark, purchases to ChatGPT Ads, inbound email into customer cases and data from Google's tools. Calls that can fail are queued with retries, personal data is sent only where needed and the integration uses your own account with the service.

## What is included

- **Carriers.** DSV booking from the order, with pickup points, labels, returns and tracking emails, following DSV's Shipment API.
- **Email delivery.** Batched sending through Postmark, retries on transient errors and suppression lists for bounces, spam complaints and unsubscribes.
- **Ad conversions.** Server-side purchases to ChatGPT Ads through the Conversions API, only with marketing consent and once per purchase.
- **Inbound email.** The customer replies straight to the email and the reply lands in the right case, through the store's own Postmark account.
- **Google's tools.** Traffic from GA4, searches from Search Console and product issues from Merchant Center, as read-only tools for an AI assistant.
- **Swappable adapters.** The carrier connection sits behind an interface, so another carrier can be plugged in through a filter.

## How we have done it

- **Egenverk Shipping.** Books shipments through the DSV Road Sweden Shipment API 2.0.4, with a test mode against the API. Autobooking is off from the start; you review the orders and book. Not affiliated with DSV. ([Learn more](https://egenverk.se/en/plugins/shipping))
- **Egenverk Conversion Relay.** Purchases are sent from the server once payment is confirmed, with up to eight attempts within seven days, and checkout never waits. Name, phone and street address are never sent. ([Learn more](https://egenverk.se/en/plugins/conversion-relay))
- **Egenverk Mailroom.** Sends in batches through Postmark and pauses itself above 10 % bounces after 200 sent. Every address is checked against the suppression list right before its batch. ([Learn more](https://egenverk.se/en/plugins/mailroom))
- **Egenverk Customer Hub.** Returns are booked through a carrier adapter with a preview of the customer's email. Inbound email from Postmark is accepted only with a secret key and stored before it is sorted. ([Learn more](https://egenverk.se/en/plugins/customer-hub))

## Common questions

### Whose account is used with the service?

Yours. Shipments are booked with your DSV credentials, the Postmark token lives in your wp-config.php and the ad account is your own in OpenAI Ads Manager.

### What happens if the service does not answer?

Calls are queued and retried. Conversion Relay tries up to eight times within seven days, and Mailroom retries sends on transient errors.

### What data is sent?

Only what the service needs. Conversion Relay never sends name, phone, street address or plain-text email, and Google's data is read but never changed.
