Fast sites that people and machines can both read.
We build websites as static pages, with budgets for CSS and JavaScript, accessibility checks and structured data. egenverk.se is built this way.

Quote after a call
Egenverk builds websites for companies that want fast pages they stay in control of. Pages are generated statically with Next.js, in Swedish and English, with structured data, a Markdown version of every page and accessibility checks against WCAG 2.2 AA. The build stops when JavaScript goes over budget. Hosting and deployment are set up for you.
What is included
Static pages
Every page is generated ahead of time with Next.js and served as files. Pages work with JavaScript switched off too.
Two languages
Swedish at the root and English under /en, with hreflang between the versions. A missing translation is a type error, not an empty line.
Structured data
JSON-LD with schema.org types on every page, checked in the build.
Accessibility
axe checks every built page against WCAG 2.2 AA, in light and dark themes.
Performance budgets
Fixed limits for CSS, JavaScript and request count per page template. Lighthouse measures them before a change is merged.
Hosting and deployment
Static files on Cloudflare Pages, preview deployments that are never indexed and a check of the site after every deployment.
How we have done it
egenverk.se
A static export on Cloudflare Pages. Analytics and cookies only after consent. Lighthouse scores 100 in all four categories in production.
Checks on every change
The egenverk.se build stops on unfinished text, links to pages that do not exist, invalid JSON-LD and too much JavaScript. Lighthouse runs three times per page template on every pull request.
Egenverk Lagom
For WordPress sites: Lagom shows which CSS and JS each page type loads and from which plugin, and stops what is not needed after a preview.
