Shipping and payment
Carrier booking from the order, pickup point selection at checkout and refunds that read the payment status from the payment provider.
Your own code outside the theme
CSS, JavaScript and PHP in blocks with targeting, revisions and recovery constants, instead of in the theme's functions.php.
